VERITOWN FORT A deluxe township project deserves a ritzy coming-out party. That’s what Federal Land Inc. gave when it officially launched Veritown Fort to high society -- it brought a piece of Manhattan at the NBC Tent in Bonifacio Global City. Dressed in their best East Side chic, the Federal Land team welcomed the guests with a fascinating MoMA-inspired (Museum of Modern Art) photo exhibit. “Very NYC, Veritown” showcased New York’s famous districts with dramatic black and white images of Veritown Fort. The juxtaposition highlighted the parallelism between New York City and Veritown Fort, touted as a slice of the Big Apple in Manila. The whole set-up exuded a unique brand of sophistication identified only with New York. A grand piano served as the stage centerpiece, its shiny ebony body creating a contrast to the stark white lounge chairs where guests were served cocktails and canapés while Federal Land, Inc. president Alfred Ty unveiled the architectural scale model of the entire Veritown Fort community. “Veritown Fort is our newest flagship development, a township project situated within the boundary of Taguig and Makati City,” Ty said. “It was designed with a 21st century modern setting that incorporates luxury residential condominiums; grade A office buildings, high-end shopping facilities and a six-star hotel.” The main anchor in the project will be the ultra-luxurious Grand Hyatt Hotel, a 66-story beacon consisting of Grade A financial and corporate offices, lavish hotel amenities and over 400 luxury rooms and suites. The hotel will be accessible to residential buildings like the Grand Hyatt Residences, Central Parkwest, Parkwest and Madison Park West. Madison Park West shared the spotlight that night as it was also officially launched. It embodies high-style living.
