VERSE OF THE DAY John 3:34-36 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he does not give the Spirit sparingly. The Father loves the Son and has placed all things under his authority. The one who believes in the Son has eternal life. The one who rejects the Son will not see life, but God’s wrath remains on him. God has offered salvation freely to all those who believe in His Son, Jesus Christ. Everything has been given to Jesus, and rejecting the Son of God also rejects Gods offer of salvation from sin and earns eternal death. There is no way to earn your way into Heaven, or be good enough to get there yourself. Jesus, whose blood covers those who believe and makes them righteous before God, is the only hope we have for eternal life with God. Praise God for His great Mercy; that He allows us to be sealed in eternal life while still being sanctified. Thank You Jesus for making that possible.
