VERSE OF THE DAY WE MUST CELEBRATE CHRIST DAILY Isaiah 9:6 KJV FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN, UNTO US A SON IS GIVEN: AND THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE UPON HIS SHOULDER: AND HIS NAME SHALL BE CALLED WONDERFUL, COUNSELLOR, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER, THE PRINCE OF PEACE... Brethren, Christ is the Reason for the Season, but our celebration must not be restricted to this Season... He must be celebrated daily.. CHRISTS BEING BORN AND GIVEN TO US IS THE GREAT FOUNDATION OF OUR HOPES, AND FOUNTAIN OF OUR JOYS, EVEN IN TIMES OF GREATEST GRIEF AND FEAR... HE SHALL BE CALLED WONDERFUL, COUNSELLOR... WE SHALL KNOW HIM AND WORSHIP HIM BY THESE NAMES.. He is wonderful, for He is both God and Man.. in His birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension, He was wonderful.. HES THE COUNSELLOR.. HE WAS INTIMATELY ACQUAINTED WITH THE COUNSELS OF GOD FROM ETERNITY, AND HE GIVES COUNSEL TO THE CHILDREN OF MEN... Its by Him that God has given us counsel.. Hes the wisdom of the Father, and is made of God to us wisdom.. HES THE MIGHTY GOD.. As He had wisdom, so He has strength.. Hes able to deliver and to save, even to the utmost.. HES THE AUTHOR OF EVERLASTING LIFE.. HES OUR PEACE, AND ITS HIS PEACE THAT BOTH KEEPS THE HEART OF HIS PEOPLE AND RULES IN THEM... Come lets adore Him.. Lets give Him Glory, Honour and Majesty.. Lets celebrate Him daily.. ITS A SPIRITUAL THING.. MAY THE LORD OPEN OUR UNDERSTANDING IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME... Compliments of the Season.. SHALOM.!!!
