VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ Please acknowledge that you have read this. Two IMPORTANT items: (1) Tomorrow’s meeting is cancelled due to weather (2) Required action items Regarding the second item, we are focused on the devotional/study of Vision at NHCBN for the time being. Vision was our devotional last week and continues to be going into our next meeting. Vision of how you can see or desire integrating God into your work (on purpose) is integral to the purpose of NHCBN. Fellowship regarding this goal is wonderful, however we need to go one deeper and identify your personal plan for taking prayerful action to see it, plan for it and integrate it into your lives. When I and others in the group have done this, the impact on both sides of our lives was dramatically changed. Not only did our lives improve, but so did the lives of those around us - both at work and at home. I cannot stress enough how vital it is for us to collectively and purposefully do this. So how are we planning to do this? First, it is suggested that you read the Vision Devotional HERE. Secondly, read other resources or other media that may help you understand complete integration of God in our lives means. Even if you think you have already done this – do it again. Resources are many, however I have found that the testimonies from iamsecond/films/ to be an inspiration. Tony Dungy has an especially moving testimony. Second, I ask that you complete the Work With Purpose worksheet. Again, I see this as so important; I want to make this a requirement. Don’t do it for me – do it for you and The Lord, but please do it. Lastly, I kindly request that over the next two weeks that you reach-out to at least one member of the group via, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email or by phone. No agenda here, but to perhaps introduce yourself and get to know each other. Fellowship is a key component of what NHCBN is all about.
