Just how small is this amount that someone would go unnoticed and for such a long time? Is Mutea this powerful that they had to wait for his transfer to make noise? If the audit was done in 2013, how come nothing has been done going to the last quarter of 2014? With such allegations, do you think the President would just opt for a transfer without other measures? Well, I have always maintained Daily Nation has degraded itself to gutter press. Sensational journalism is their core mission. It takes a call to verify facts. But well, someone has to provide fodder for their paymasters. 8.3B is more or less the same amount required to fund a referendum. So are they trying to justify why they too should rob Kenyans of their tax through unjustified referendum? Is it a rejoinder to the allegations of abuse of office by former ministers orengo, kajwang, nyongo etc. Someone should be smarter.
