VICTORIA VOTES | November 29 Just as transport became emblematic of the Brumby governments inability to keep up with population growth, some are starting to wonder whether the governments inability to create jobs anywhere near the rate of our working-age population may end up sealing Napthines fate. SPP: RPG killed Brumby. Will it also kill Napthine, and any other state government foolish enough to think it can handle #RapidPopulationGrowth?
