VILLA STAMAN ASRI - Bali Seminyak Villas Our villas are private, you do not share any facilities with anybody except your friends and family. The whole villa and private pool are for your sole use. The villa has a large air conditioned indoor living room overlooking the large pool 11xmax4m and garden having a grassed area, trees, shrubs and plants including an open covered area all located genuinely close to beach, shops and restaurants. The villa location on a small cul-de-sac street offering peace and tranquility, little or no motor bike or traffic noise here, yet within 5 minutes walk your at the beach entering at KuDeTa’s famous beach club. Walk a little further a theres a great flea market, Seminyak Square and Shopping Mall and your in central Oberoi district of Seminyak with its restaurants and great shopping with individual chic shops offering all. Walk a different way and in 10 minutes you enter “Happy Street” with bars, some restaurants and nightlife. This is Dyanapura and from here your into Seminyak Street with a huge array of boutique shopping. The villa to main street is well lit and safe at night. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, flat screen TV, semi covered outdoor bathroom and its own garden area full of local plants and shrubs Bedroom 2 has a large double bed and en-suite Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor with a double bed and on a raised section 2 single beds ideal for children. Its bathroom with shower and bath is on the ground floor. This allows us to accommodate up to 8 guests with surcharge over 6 On the ground floor is a large air-conditioned living room with large window overlooking the pool and front garden area. It has a flat screen TV, sofas and coffee table Overlooking the pool side is a dinning table in an outdoor covered area with kitchen to the side The pool and garden area a large tiled area on pool side with sun loungers. Within a covered area is a large sofa, leading out to a small grassed area and outdoor shower. The large shaped pool 11 x 4m (max) adjoins the tiled and grassed area with a trees, plants and shrubs borders allowing a great feeling of space. There is a place for one small car and motorbikes.
