VIRTUAL CAPITAL Does Andhra Needs a CAPITAL ? Ralaseema lost its capital on merger. Now every one who bought some lands, want the capital at the place where they have interest. If we develop A single capital in any district, we are committing the same mistake done by the existing parties. Can we not develop each district h.q as a part of the virtual capital ? We have the technology. Instead of wasting funds (who is going to give them ?) on building a capital, the contracts of which is the main concern for many, we may use the space available in Collector offices, to accommodate the local MLAs of the district and use Webinars, for discussions from across the state and take decisions. New problems are to be tackled in new methods. The infra of the capital are to be distributed across the entire state. Every district will have a branch of all the organs of capital and one of the districts may be HQ with minimum extra infra. The IG may sit in the same district where CM sits, Other heads may sit in other districts, but every one is just a mouse click away, in the Hitec - SWARNANDHRA. Focus will be on actual development rather than building roads and buildings at one place ! Focus will be on hi-speed transport across the state from chittoor to srikakulam. (RTC employees need not worry about their loss of revenue on hyderabad roads. Let who ever wants to contribute to their motherland RETURN to SWARNAANDHRA. No one needs to travel to hyderabad. Andhras may forget hyd in less than a decade. What is the need to travel to neighboring state, when opportunities galore in native place ? Give a thinking and share.
