VOICCOMMUNIQUE OF CIVIL SOCIETY: The President of the civil society of territory of RUTSHURU, comes to be abducted by the rebels of the M23. SAIDI KASONGO, who lived in the vast underground was arrested the afternoon of Thursday, 15 August at KIBUMBA, when returning from GOMA to RUTSHURU where he was to resolve a family emergency. According to witnesses, the elements of the M23 at the gate of KIBUMBA had stopped the vehicle on Board of which he was to conduct a systematic search. On the occasion of the search SAIDI Kam was found accidentally with a map the identifier as a facilitator of civil society. It will be subtracted from the other passengers, tied up and brought to destination that only the M23 can say. We learn that this colleague would be submitted under torture that put his life in danger. If nothing is done immediately our colleague will leave his skin. This happens a day after Col. Vianey KAZARAMA has sent a message/sms threat to Vice President and spokesman of the society civil North Kivu, announcing that the M23 going to kill to the North, where he was when sending such sms. Two days before sending this sms an another cacique of the M23, Mr Kambasu NGEVE came to send a message of mockery to Me Omar Kavota. On 27 July, President of the civil society of North Kivu was visited at his home by armed robbers, likely M23. Last week the Vice-president of the civil society of Nyiragongo was persecuted to flee from as his colleague Mambo OABONA (Chairman) on the run.
