VOX Church, As mentioned through previous VOX communication, the leadership has been interviewing and praying for someone to come on staff as our full-time Worship Arts Director. In the past few weeks, we invited David Price to lead for our weekend services and loved what he brought as far as a heart for worship, a powerful voice/musical skill, and a dynamic ability to lead our Worship/Arts teams. I am excited to announce that David will be joing our VOX staff team in early December. David will be in charge of all music, production, and worship service planning at VOX Church. Lets all welcome David as he joins the VOX family. We are excited to see how God continues to build His church! Fun Facts About David Price: -Born and raised in Port Huron Mi. -At the age of 18 David left home and began his journey traveling the country performing gospel music. -David had the privilege to join several groups that have achieved multiple Dove Awards and Grammy nominations. -In his free time David enjoys golf, eating, cars, recording, writing, and (on a minimal basis) exercise. -David does not enjoy bananas, doing laundry, cooking or the show Nashville. Message to VOX from David Price: I’m excited to be coming back to Michigan. More than that, coming back to a place I believe in and to be a part of a team that has nothing but great things ahead. At its very core, our soul longs for music, and the very depth of music is worship. After many years of traveling, entertaining, and running productions, coming back to lead worship is like finally coming home! -Pastor Matt
