Vacancy Announcement The Representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Jordan invites qualified candidates to apply for the following vacancies with a closing date: Saturday 20 July 2013 UNOPS (Temporary Position) -L- ICA2 - Mafraq - number of posts: 04 1. Senior Operational Data Management Assistant - LICA2 - Locations: Mafraq Set up and management of the mobile database at remote locations. Create a database back-up at the end of each day in the field. Perform import-export and consolidation of electronic files between the main server and the mobile server. Generate statistical reports on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. Assist with the preparation of the Annual and Quarterly Statistical Reports. Generate regular quality control reports from the database. Generate regular audit reports from the database as part of the fraud control mechanism in registration. Review all internal and external statistical reports in coordination with Data Analysis Group. Enter refugees bio data collected on forms into UNHCR database as part of the interview process and support other stages of the registration process when needed. Fluency in English is required.
