We went to the Second Opinion Doctor today for a follow-up visit after drawing the fluid from the knee last week. The test came back NEGATIVE for any infection. This Doctor is now baffled as to what is causing the bleeding in the knee joint, and as to what is causing the pain. He didnt like the movement in the joint, so now he has referred us to the CEO of the Core Institute for an evaluation of my knee. He is an authority on the total knee joint surgery, and causes of movement with in the joint that shouldnt be happening. Anyway, we dont know anymore today than we did before, except there appears to be no infection, which is a very good thing. We dont get to be seen by the CEO until April 1st. We just may have to seek more advice. We will keep you all posted. The knee is still swollen and the poor old thing hurts!!!!!! Later
