Vacancy F&B Manager/Japanese Chef/Junior Chef/Waitress&Waiter RESTAURANT MANAGER • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism / Hotel Management/ or equivalent. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • An individual possesses strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented. • Preferably managers specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service / Catering Service and ability to cope with outside catering and delivery events will be an added advantage. • Effective time management, delegation and ability to interpret financial data and make sound decision based on good understanding of finance. • Preferred skills: POS System, Decision Making & Customer Service. • Flexible and good in multi tasking under pressure. • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Willing to work split shift, weekends, public holidays & 6 days week • Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens or hold relevant residence status. • Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus JAPANESE CHEF • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food&Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. • Preferably Chefs specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. • Possess a related culinary degree with at least 5 years of industry and culinary management experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and health & safety standards are essential. • Maintain good personal grooming and hygiene at all times. • Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on guest and internal requirement is required for the success in this role. • Previous experience with control food and labour cost, demonstration cooking, recipes/menus development, and pricing and development preferred. • Computer literate Excel, Words and Power Point. • Willing to work split shift, weekends, public holidays & 6 days week • Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens or hold relevant residence status. • Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus JUNIOR JAPANESE CHEF • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, any field. • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. • Responsible, pleasant and independent personality • Team spirited and initiative with positive work attitude • Undergraduates or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Willing to work split shift, weekends, public holidays & 6 days week • Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens or hold relevant residence status. • Spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus WAITER&WAITRESS • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field. • Able to converse in basic English, Bahasa Malaysia & Local Chinese Dialects • Independent and a team player • Friendly, confident, jovial, and smile-ready • Undergraduates or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Training will be provided one (1) month before commencement of work • Willing to work split shift, weekends, public holidays & 6 days week • Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens or hold relevant residence status. • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. • 15 Full-Time positions available You can email your resume to"[email protected]
