Formox AB is a world leader in formalin technology and delivers complete factories, catalysts and technical support for customers worldwide. Formox AB is an enthusiastic, close-knit unit consisting of about 100 people and is located in Perstorp, Sweden. The company has strong profitability and a very interesting development in the future. Formox M&S department is seeking an innovative and experienced Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and technical support as well as to develop business and relationship at defined accounts for all Formox Catalysts products in Europe. The position is located in Perstorp, Sweden and requires travel to customers and potential customer?s sites in Europe with focus on south and middle Europe. The position will report to Business Manager Formox. Key responsibilities Maintains of Formox catalysts sales volume and selling price Monitor catalyst performance at customer site and perform technical sales support and recommendations in coordination Formox process technology team Determines annual volume and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales forecast for regions. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal educational workshops and training sessions Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role you must have experience in process technology and a solid technical background. Minimum of three to five years? related experience including sales management. You have strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral. Ability to maintain a deep and broad understanding of the market and strategically thinking are other qualities that are needed in this position. It is important that you have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and in cooperation with others. As a person you are outgoing with a positive attitude. You enjoy training others and have good interpersonal skills.
