Vacancy please... Are you wondering if I want to advertise a vacant job position or accommodation? My request is being made on behalf of the Director, He does not only directs your life but He also directs the universe and He wants you. If you have ever been a tenant, you want to vacate your current accommodation but you still leave all your belongings there and notify the landlord or the agents that you have parked out or you have even handed the keys over, but on inspection they discover that your decision has not being finalised because no one could afford to live in an apartment with other peoples luggage- the space are already filled and can not be occupied until its empty. Many people today sing I surrender all meaning Lord, my life is vacant for you but when the Lord really looks through, the spaces of those surrendered life are full of self, pride, filthiness, worldliness, backslidden, hypocrisy, fear, unbelief etc. I wonder if the words of the I surrender all song really goes up to heaven. Are you thinking of changing the choice of song you sing? That may not be solution to the problem of your occupied space. The Lord needs a vacant life, fully emptied of sinful influences, completely rid of satans influences and not controlled by self. He wants to own us and control us through His Spirit, He wants a fully yielded life. Sometimes, He wants to use you but you are so full of self-seeking pleasures. Today, consider handing over the spaces of your life to the Lord and make your life truly vacant for Him.
