Vegan? Paleo? Zone? Mediterranean? It is not about the diet you choose. I was listening to Dr. John Berardis podcast from Precision Nutrition he pointed out some very interesting facts about recent research showing that is not necessarily your macronutrient count that keeps you lean or healthy. Proteins, fats, and carbs, yes they are all healthy in some combination but consider this: Do you know someone who is Vegan and is in amazing shape? I do. Do you know some who does Paleo and rocks it? I do. Do you know some who follows IIFYM and maintains and gains in the right ways? I do. Do you know someone who really doesnt give a damn about what they eat and maintains a rockin bod? I do! The point is that while quality food choice matters to a degree it is not all that matters. The best diet that you can use is one that is not written for you but one that is implemented by you to maintain lasting results. What way of eating works for you? A. Paleo B. Vegan/Vegetarian C.
