Veganism does not require a leap of faith. It only requires that - TopicsExpress

Veganism does not require a leap of faith. It only requires that we act on what we already claim to believe: that it is wrong to harm animals unnecessarily when we have other options. Kicking your neighbors dog for no good reason and buying a hot dog are morally equivalent actions. Both cause unnecessary harm. In the latter case, we pay someone to do harm that we are not capable of doing. The opposite belief that prevails in our culture today is what requires a complete leap of faith. It requires that we believe in illogical and contradictory views about other animals, that some have no value while others have great value, and we should treat the ones we decide have no value like trash while we parade those that we decide have great value through our pet boutiques. - Robert Grillo
