Venting my anger here because I cant reply to the bad review weve just received on the basis that there wasnt much seating in the shop due to customers who were obviously friendly with the staff taking up the seats even though they had finished their drinks! What a crock of shit! Im all for constructive criticism but I encourage our staff to be friendly with customers and I love that it has become like a little community with our regulars, Im never going to be one to push people out the door to get more money/people in! Oh and they complain about my eldest boy being there which is bizarre, hes never loud or naughty, hes always lovely and respectful to customers, unfortunately we live here so him being around is just how it has to be!!!!!
