Very adventurous day today with my 71 year old parents. Had to deliver a new bed they brought for my daughter and 1 of there old mattresses up to New Norfolk. As u will see in the photos dad tied the mattress on the roof racks, I thought oh ok must be the Greek way of strapping a mattress driving along the brooker highway I hear this bang then look out my rear view mirror and there it is, the mattress flying off the roof racks onto the road. Come to a sudden halt, dad jumps out. Mum and I look at each other and laugh. Laughing cos dads going off saying we couldve killed someone behind us or caused a big accident which we all know that but I think the nerves kicked in and the shakes which led to us laughing non stop. In the end we had dad laughing cos now he had a very awkward way of sitting in the car. Yr 1 in a million dad lol. Love u lots xx
