Very good, tastes rich, and no one will suspect it is tofu. Note that texture is more like pudding than mousse. Adding some instant expresso powder ups the richness/depth of the chocolate flavor without more calories. Dont fool yourself that this is actually healthy (plenty of calories and fat here, but it is healthier than regular mousse.
