Very proud of the 9 youth tennis players from Augusta Health Lifetime Fitness that competed in the Thompson/Reed Tennis Challenge all day yesterday! After falling behind by 17 games after 3 rounds of play to the talented kids from the High Performance Tennis Academy in Concord NC, our VA players went to work and played some of our best tennis in the next 4 rounds. They secured our 3rd consecutive victory against the NC team by a margin of 52 games! Very encouraging to see 4 brand new to the T/RC and VA Team step up and contribute to this win alongside our 5 veteran players! Total team effort and win! I am so blessed to work with such talented (on and off the court) kids!
