Very proud to have played bass on this, the first brand new SORROWS record to be released since the 1960s. There are three new recordings on this single which comes out on Monday as either a 7 vinyl or mp3 downloads. Together with Cave are the frenetic Dont Do That which is like the Yardbirds & Pretty Things on speed and the ballsy & infectious Doin Alright Tonight written by Pip Whitcher & Roger Lomas of The Sorrows. Roger, of Two Tone fame of course, was the Sorrows guitarist during the bands psych period and has produced the new record which is available on Rise Above Records. The record features original singer Don Fardon plus long-time Sorrows drummer (& brother of Roger) Nigel Lomas, Brian Wilkins, Marcus Webb as well as Roger Lomas himself... Dead chuffed to be involved and to have played my own small part in the ever evolving Sorrows story.....
