Very well said. How can we trust ANYONE who has been in bed with BT to negotiate with the rUK on Scotlands behalf after Independence..? Simple.. we cant. So, our negotiators must be people who have no ties or affiliations (or had any ties) with Westminster and pro-Union parties. --------------------------- The Point will support Team Scotland fully in its negotiations with rUK in the event of a YES vote, but we would suggest that the negotiating team begin from the peoples mandate. That means certain red lines (points that are not up for negotiation) in the negotiating process for the YES side. We would suggest these four points as red lines all pro-independence supporters should coalesce around. 1) full control of all oil and gas resources 2) removal of Trident by 2020 3) negotiations on the basis of historical share of all assets and liabilities in good faith, otherwise Scotland begins debt free. 4) No rUK frustration of the Scottish Parliaments discussions with international bodies, such as the EU, UN and NATO.
