Veteran Job and Housing Fair: The ideas in my head. Elliot: Would you be interested in putting together a team who could set up LinkedIn profiles for those who need it right on the spot? Spike and Steph: Would you be interested in putting together a team who could provide fresh coiffures to those who may need them (for interviews)? Lorrie: Would you be interested in arranging a sitdown with County VA management whom I could ask for a team to provide resources and quick answers at the fair? Someone: Are you connected with a housing organization who could help provide information to un- or under-homed vets to get into better situations? Someone: Would you be interested in helping me collect and coordinate donations of job interview clothes? Someone: Do you work at a big (and growing) employer and you could put me in front of HR/recruiting people? Im thinking a speed-dating type of pre-screen kind of thing. Do you have other ideas?
