Via Caroline Mutoko Job Vacancy Title: Business Account Managers Reporting To: General Manager Overall Job Purpose: The position is meant to build the business client portfolio through the acquisition, and management of both new and existing clients to ensure retention. Key Responsibilities • Business, acquisition and development. o Identify and create a pipeline of targeted accounts per sector o Develop sales plans for the unit. o Meet the set targets on new client acquisition • Conduct and consult on research trends in the industry. o Identify scope of covers to respond to clients needs o Product review and development • Manage relationship with partners i.e. Insurers and Service providers. o Observe implementation of SLAs with partners o Support clients’ experience in line with the SLAs • Underwriting and claims management of client accounts. o Observe timely submission of claims to service providers o Ensure timely settlement of client claims • Design and implement an effective service delivery model.
