Via Jodie Foster....... Letter I just received from Alberta Environment regarding my tree sickness. Date: Thu, 16 Oct 2014 22:26:28 +0000 Dear Ms. Foster, Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding tree health and chemical impacts to our attention. We have received the leaf samples that you provided, and they have been sent to our compliance branch for their attention. I understand that you met with Mike Undershultz, a Senior Forest Entomologist with Environment and Sustainable Resource Development on October 2, 2014 and that he received and assessed leaves that you provided to him at that time. His assessment of the leaves during your meeting was that there were no abnormal markings, however, he did retain the leaves for further assessment. Mr. Undershultz then confirmed his findings in an email to you on October 3, 2014. As there is no indication that the markings on the leaves are anything other than normal fall degradation, Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development will not be conducting analysis of the leaves or any further follow up to this concern.
