As we come to the reality , we must remember that 1300 people died in Kenya and the OTP which was mandated by International law came to Kenya to Investigate the crimes committed.Although the Threshold was not there for Crimes against Humanity , Kenyans accepted and agreed with international obligations and gave ICC a free hand to investigate. But instead of carrying out proper investigations the, OTP carried out flash-disc terrorism on the cases where some well known Kenyans in Civil Society and Human Rights fraternity minted millions of dollars by selling political opponents and others to the ICC. The events that took place behind closed doors from the time Ocampo took the ICC envelope , saw the selection of 6 suspects being done by political enemies of the accused. There are still several road blocks ahead created by these NGOs who have to account to the foreign donors about the millions of dollars they used to build homes in Runda and Karen .
