Victims of mindset: When people are asked to draw the picture of the devil, what comes to their mind is the picture of a black man with a tail and a fork teeth. That has been our conviction. The true devil inside a man is this pampered virtue called Pride. Pride kills everything on its way. Pride is the ignorant way men take the place of God and ignore the wisdom of God and men. If you have once lived with a person full of pride, you will understand that no one else looks like a human to him or her. This madness has destroyed wonderful leaders all over the world. Even most church leaders are possessed of this satanic weapon. They hardly agree to anyones opinion except theirs. Their minds always appear as a king. The Bible said, Watch, when you think you are standing, lest you fall. There are people that can never admit that they are wrong even if their mistake is pricing their coffin in front of them. They rather die as cowards than live as heroes. Most peoples pride came from the house they own or the cars they have. Some have theirs from the job they do. When they look and see many who are not on the same height with them, they say to themselves, I am the king of kings and lord of lords. A woman said to her maid after she broke a glass cup, Do you think that anyone in your generation can travel abroad and buy such a glass? That word sank into that little girl. Many years later, the same maid made the same womans daughter her own maid and trained her through schools and one day, sat her down and told her everything her late mother did to her. The young lady wept for her mothers sin. Pride is a curse. If you have it, you have something you have to deal with immediately. Get your mind right today.
