Victor & Jovice - In 1999, we met so natural and genuine and we remained very close friends since. We have been there for each other when not very many people were. As two people, we always truly cared and trusted each other. We both have been through struggling relationships but we were always there for one another. As best friends, we were truly wonderful. Fifteen years later, August 31, 2014, I drive to Santa Cruz to spend time with my best friend and to getaway and relax. We were just friends but when we woke up in the morning, we began in depth conversations about our values, our dreams, our faith and much more. The values we shared harmonized and it felt so perfect. We both naturally felt it but didnt express our feelings because we were just friends. We enjoyed the day as friends but felt some thing bridging our hearts. When we left Santa Cruz and embraced good bye, we truly felt a superior connection and brought our friendship to a deeper element. In the beginning, we hesitated to take it deeper because of our friendship and other factors in our lives but we realized the love we share is so uniquely sovereign that it was worth it. With time, we found ourselves putting in more effort, time and love into our relationship. Our relationship feels so natural and easy. The foundation of our relationship is solely based from honesty, loyalty, trust, communication, love, laughs and time - OUR VALUES. Our relationship was built off of a wonderful 15 year friendship and that is pretty special to us. I truly fell in love with my best friend. We do not regret our past. In all honesty, we both appreciate our past and love that it all had to happen for us to be where we are now. Fairy tales are never perfect but they always have a happy ending. Victor Meriales is my prince charming I have been praying for. God definitely blessed us with true love.
