Victoria is such a role model in perseverance and determination! After losing her husband, she took the only collateral that she had, a cow, and launched an innovative micro-leasing business in Tanzania that has empowered more than 25,000 women! When I met her, I was struck by her humbleness and inspired by the way that she provided a solution to a very real problem women entrepreneurs face: lack of collateral and lack of access to capital. She is changing the landscape of entrepreneurship in Tanzania!
