View highlights from our breakfast briefing on the housing market in the Minerva Suite in the RDS on Tuesday 11th February 2014. Speakers at the briefing included Mark FitzGerald, our Executive Chairman, Marian Finnegan, our Chief Economist, Ivan Gaine, MD Sherry FitzGerald New Homes and Michael Grehan, MD Sherry FitzGerald Ltd. The event was attended by over 100 guests from the property and financial sectors. The theme of the briefing was the shortage of property available for sale and the upward pressure this was placing on property values specifically in the regional centres most notably in Dublin.
