Vipassana was a gigantic rollercoaster, en then the most beautifull life changing experience ever!!!, wauw.. we had to stay still from day 4th, for a hour without crabbing, moving or opening your eyes... NO MOVING , just concentrating the mind... one time for 2 hours straight... i screamed from the inside..... unbelievable pain...to the finest sensations.. but still remaining equanimity.. and everything raises and passes... it comes and goes.. >> everything in live.. and the last day you are aloowed to talk again.. most weirdest thing ever, like coming out of a trip/. the hear you own voice.. en other people voices after 10 days.... and then coming back to concrete jungle..... wauw.. crazyy.. and then in my own paradise house/life.... uncredible thankfullnezz for everything in my life.. and the experience.. would recommended for everybody!!! for all the beings to be HAPPY, PEACEFULL, UNDERSTANDING THE TRUTH FROM THE INSIDE/ WITHIN, AND HARMONIE.
