Virgin Australia continue to outdo themselves. To recap: Robert has had no operational phone since August (waiting for yet anotehr SIM card; maybe they can send the right size this time), they decommissioned Tonys phone and then tried to put his number on the home line, and Jamie started paying for her contracted service two weeks but as yet they havent managed to transfer her own number over and now theyre saying theyll have to deactivate the phone completely for three days in order to do so. Yeah, right. And this was all going to be sorted within three days of the first phone call, too. And yet the guy seemed kind of surprised when Tony suggested that he might want to talk to a manager.
