Virgin Media. what a bunch of ******* moved house 6 weeks or so ago. to an area outside virgin - so i cant continue with them. they send a bill 3 weeks after that to say I owe them £97 for breach of contract etc.. etc... I ask, reasonably I thought, for a breakdown of the bill and proof of contract timing. They send me another bill which just shows £97 please - no information whatsoever. I get back today from a job in Berlin to a bailiffs letter from them. what a bunch of !!!!!!! Going to pay them because I cant be bothered arguing over £97 and getting my credit rating battered. But all I can say is - and Ill continue saying it to anyone who will listen. Virgin Media. Dont do it. Ever. That extra supposed 10mb is not worth it, and they throttle their internet like no-one else does.
