Virgin Mobile has messed with me today! I am on automatic monthly payment. So why would I be dropped in the middle of an important call by Virgin Mobile saying my account did not have enough paid minutes, and when I went online and paid IN ADVANCE of the June 30th due date I was STILL unable to make any calls all evening. Their help desk ends at 8 pm so I had no recourse. Beware my friends ... they are rascals!
