Virgin Mobile is honestly the worst phone company BY FAR, I have EVER dealt with. Cancelled my phone back in June, paid the cancellation fee, paid the remaining balance, paid all the extra stuff off and everything was good. July rolls around and nothing shows up, perfect, everything is swell, August comes around and I have Virgin bill for 60$, alright, I call and ask what is up, they freak out, continually hang up on me and continually hang up on my mom, we ask to speak to someone who speaks english and they hang up again and again, over and over, then we FINALLY get someone and they say it was just an accident and that they cancelled it. Good! Perfect right?! Wrong! September comes and I get another bill for 130.00! We go into the store, they cant answer us, they customer service in the store was confused and rude (In Toronto and Sudbury), then they called the head office and the head office kept hanging up on me and my mom, they kept on doing this over and over until I finally got through and asked wtf was up. Again, the phone is cancelled and we paid yet ANOTHER cancellation fee and the 130 because they kept spouting crap over crap and it was just a good idea to get them to shut up. We were promised that was the last of it if we paid that, so we did... and guess what?! ANOTHER BILL FOR A PHONE THAT HASNT BEEN USED SINCE JUNE! Virgin Mobile is by far one of the WORST phone companies out there if you try to cancel your plan.
