Virginia Cop Block Published an article recently about the death of Wayne A. Jones ( Justice for Wayne A. Jones ) by Martinsburg Police D Shot 23 Times, at least 8 times in the back and 4 in the buttocks. As a result, so far one Richmond, Virginia media outlet has picked up the story, journalist Chris Thomas of NBC12. Thomas has covered numerous police related stories in the #RVA area this year.
