Virus removal on a windows 8 machine. simple enough you may think. Malware remover freezing so I decide to reboot the machine into safe mode. To boot into safe mode you need to enable this through System Configuration then reboot. Reboot the PC and no display on screen. *Sigh*. In the end I had to remove the graphics card as safe mode doesnt detect it. Finally got it to boot, removed the malware and viruses in safe mode minus the graphics card. What a carry on just to remove a silly little virus.
