Vision of the USAs future? Is it any surprise that these are often the same people who support the use of torture and see the USAs exploding prison population as ONLY the consequence of personal choices not an alarming systemic injustice? Unlimited greed is not logical, sane or sustainable, yet it is rampant and currently defining global commerce. Funny how half this country is perfectly ok with inflation caused by a few thousand people making $50,000 A DAY, by $5000/hr profit taking (not making...taking, robbing, draining from the reality-based portion of the economy) Those same people are completely convinced problematic levels of inflation are caused by a LIVING wage - one that will soon not even be enough to keep up with soring housing prices and the irrationally high prices caused by millionaire-welfare dependency upon the rest of us. Establishment of FAIRTRADE rules, to them, somehow is the problem, not a counter balancing solution to the actions of the unlimitedly greedy who use the freedom of the free-market to enslave as many as they can in service of their insatiable need for yet another million or billion (soon to be worthless) dollars?
