Visions just wrapped up Beachbodys Coaches Summit 2014 at the MGM Grand Hotel Las Vegas tonight. With over 8000 attendees over the past three days, Visions provided lighting, staging, rigging and special effects in (7) areas in and around the hotel including the Grand Garden Arena, both the Marquee and Premier Ballrooms to the parking lot for the groups Super Workout. For the Arena, Visions brought in (180) moving light fixtures including (74) Elation Platinum Beam 5rs, (74) Elation LED Pars, (84) Varilite Moving Lights and (32) Martin MAC Auras. Visions also provided the 60 x 48 Black Marlite Staging and custom built the 60 x 5h back lit stair units which ran the front span of the staging. Effects included (4) MDG ice foggers, Cryo Jets and Confetti Cannons. For the Marquee Ballroom, Visions provided (140) Moving Light fixtures, (110) Elation LED Pars and trussing which included (3) 8 circle trusses, (2) 16 circle trusses, (3) 20 circle trusses and (2) 24 circle trusses. In addition to the Arena and Marquee Ballroom, Visions also provided lighting, staging and truss structures in the Premier Ballroom, Studio AB, Grand Foyer, The MGM Grand Pool and the MGMs parking lot. We pretty much took over the place! A major kudos goes out to Nathan Jones who designed all the rigs and who has headed up this project over the past year and to the amazing behind- the- scenes and on- site teams who pulled it off.
