Vital agreement between PH panel and MILF Iqbal is the decommissioning of MILF rebel forces. Both agreed for the deactivation of 11,000 strong members but no surrendering of high powered arms and ammunitions for destruction to and by the government. I dont think the government panelists Deles and Coronel-Ferer are not aware of this BLUNDER and drawback it can create of this one sided agreement to the disadvantage of the government. The main reason why MILF wanted to retain their arms and ammunitions is that they can always activate their rebel forces and camps once they feel dissatisfied with the outcome of implementation of the agreement by the government. The PH panelists have not learned a lesson to what had happened to Misuari and MNLF. Instead of solving the muslm rebel problems once and for all it has compounded the problem which resulted into the creation of a break away faction MIFF and the resurfacing of dissatisfied MNLF. Had MNLF arms and ammunitions been agreed to be surrendered and destroyed before Misouri would not have been given the chance of creating the second muslim rebellion. MILF is MNLF in waiting.
