Volunteers Boost Special Needs Education Japanese Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV), JICA introduced stretching and aerobics exercises at the Kuliyapitiya Kindergarten for special needs education on the 23 June 2014. Teachers, parents and children happily joined in making it a worthwhile training for all. Following this on 24th June, JOCV conducted a workshop on Special Needs Education that covered teaching persons with disabilities. This workshop was organized jointly with the volunteers of the Korean International Cooperation Agency, KOICA.Sri Lanka (코이카 스리랑카 사무소). The KOICA volunteers also taught the art of paper folding.
