Use the Ugandan army to attack Kenya and Tanzania until they share with us land near the Indian Ocean, so that we can also have direct contact with the Maritime world. 2. Conquer the part of Eastern Congo with minerals and make it a Ugandan territory. 4. Solve the problem of tribalism by abolishing all tribes. 5. Pass a law where every Ugandan above the age of 18 must own an international business or NGO, and travel overseas for business at least 2 times a year. 5. Pass a law where every Ugandan must speak several languages including English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, German, on top of 5 Ugandan languages.
