Vote the person who is educated + experience, who is honest, who is dedicated to serve human, who is responsible, who is friendly to society, who is approachable easily, who can take politics is serious job, who can prove that he/she is right candidate to the job. Keep in mind that you are the person selecting the candidate; you are the part of interview process in this job by voting. When you select the candidate, these candidates are getting salary & all other expenses from your tax money + corruption. If you have vote for the wrong candidate that person will be enjoying with your tax money for 5 yrs and will give you guy’s very hard time to live your normal life, you may not see in short term, but trust me it effecting in long run. So be educated yourself with this selection process. How to select a good candidate may be one of the step by keeping debate process, check the knowledge and dedication. That is not going to give 100% result but it can help some extend and this practice is done in lot of countries at this time. Wish you all the best to Indian citizen.
