W.O.W. (Word Of Wisdom) * Phil 4:11 Not that I speak IN RESPECT OF WANT: for I HAVE LEARNED, in WHATSOEVER STATE I AM, THEREWITH TO BE CONTENT. * Emphasis Added Here Apostle Paul is using his LIFE EXPERIENCE to show us how he had to LEARN CONTENTMENT. In societies where we are urged an often driven by the states of others we find ourselves trying to keep up with the Jones. My momma use to say to us, YOUR EYES ARE BIGGER THAN YOUR BELLY, as we sat full an sleepy with the leftover food on our plates that we asked for and couldnt finish. Situations in life often leave us with M.C.S. MIDDLE CHILD SYSNDRIME. This is where we find ourselves being to young to be the oldest, which usually obtains the most or greater RESPONSIBILITY, or to old to be the youngest, which are seemingly afforded the most ATTENTION. Remember this, someone will always be WORSE or BETTER off than you so we must learn how to be CONTENT in what we have an where we are. As we embrace this infallible truth which is, we must MASTER OUR CURRENT STATES (right where we are) before trying to move to another, DISCIPLINE is exercised and the lust of flesh, lust of the eyes an prides of life will not move us. Its at this stage of understanding in our walks with Christ we learn the difference between CONTENTMENT & COMPLACENCY! ReadIT>ShareIT>LIVEit>ADL
