WARNING!!! Be aware of shady business practices by CENTURYLINK..... They do not advise of early termination fees with their Internet services and are un-willing to wave the fee. I signed up for their Bundle pack with Prism T.V. and Internet last November and was advised of an early term fee with the Prism T.V. however if I moved during that time period and the Prism T.V. was not available at the new address that they would waive the fee with no issues. I went to terminate the services since it is not available at my new address today and they waived the Prism T.V. fee but then proceeded to tell me for the first time that there is also a fee for the Internet. They will get you either way. Horrible Customer Service the entire time I was a customer. I will NEVER do business with CENTURYLINK again!
