WARNING !!!! Hello friends, I just had a very strange phone call. The man could not speak good English at all. He told me that he worked for Windows and my computer was sending signals to Windows that is is having problems. I said what kind of problems he said there was a rouge application running in the back ground and they needed to check my IP address. I told them my computer was running just fine and my virus protection was up to date. He didnt want to take no for a answer. He said I would keep getting phone calls from Windows about it till I let them fix the problem . I ask why did he call me at this phone number and he said it was the phone number I registered windows with. well he was a lying sack of poop because I registered my PC on my cell phone number and the phone number he called is a land line at my dads house that we just moved into a few weeks ago. So that right there tells me it is a scam so please be aware if you get any strange calls like this. Trying to keep my friends safe.
