WARNING! If you have this microwave from Sears, be careful! Ours started randomly sparking, flashing fire and making zapping sounds. Danny called Sears and after being on the phone for over THREE hours was finally told oopsie, its a little over the warranty and there is nothing we can do. I am a little in shock because this isnt about a warranty really, I think its a safety issue and the product should be recalled. At the very least, Sears should send someone to look or care enough about the safety of customers to do something. We had to buy a new one for full price and this is sitting on the kitchen floor....any ideas for who I contact to report scared, dangerous products? Shame on you Sears for the horrible service!
