WARNING.....RAW AND REAL POST...from Lisa marie Collins ! I dont know how many of you know or not but a few months ago I had a few blows in life and was traveling quit a bit and was just overwhelmed with house work yard work and just life and then a fire happened in our home and my bedroom room and bathroom were gutted out ....One morning I woke up to a rapid heart beat and thought I was having a heart attack after a month of EKGS and blood work the Doc said I believe you are perfectly healthy this is just Anxiety at its highest .... there were weeks I couldnt even leave the house or drive and I refuse to take any meds ...So I called a friend over to pray for and with me and day by day I have gotten better .... Today I feel almost 100% back to normal but I have had to make alot of changes in my life ......So why do I share this with you ...well I had a cousin that was going through something like this a few years ago and I didnt get it and i couldnt understand why she couldnt snap out of this and she ended up taking her own life ...So I wanted to share that if you know someone that is going through this please ...please recommend EMDR treatment and Prayer and feel free to call me so I can share some changes I ve made that have helped.......GOD IS GOOD and today I am feeling so Blessed and ALIVE and know great things are around the corner so please pace yourself and dont over do ... drink your water ...kick back a bit and breath in gratitude !.......Thanks for allowing me to share as I hope this will help someone !
