# WARNING* This might be more information that you can handle and sleep well for a week. Every loan you have ever received was created with your own credit. Why do you think they ask for your social security number? So your car, mortgage, home improvement etc etc was all loaned to you from your own money. If they didnt disclose it (and they didnt) it was fraud and the contract was and is voidable and you can recover damages. Now 95% of all court judgments are voidable. And once voided you can file a claim and make them pay you for the trespass. All repossession, most mortgages, third party debt collectors, bill collectors are also operating in fraud. And you can make them pay you damages. Yes even the old car they reposed from you 20 years ago. Yes even if the mortgage was 30 years ago. Once you stop making a complaint and start making a claim in your rightful article III court as guaranteed in the 7th Amendment there is NO STATUTE of limitations in Common law. Anybody who has ever done you wrong in commerce can be taken in to court and under penalty of perjury you make them prove it. MOST OF THEM WILL NOT EVEN SHOW UP. And when you get your judgment against them in front of a jury they can not set it aside or have voided. All of the money comes from you, from your credit. They are not supplying anything EVER. But they didnt tell you and that is fraud, non disclosure. You were born with rights in this country, you have the right of due process... Their courts trick you out of it. But the founding fathers knew how tricky their courts were so they guaranteed you the right to justice with the 7th Amendment trial by jury it is preserved for you. And in that court... you actually become the prosecutor... bad ass right? Anybody want to learn the rules?
